What is the difference between the management fee and ad spend?
The management fee is what you pay Frameshift Media for strategy, creative production, campaign setup, and ongoing optimization. Ad spend is a separate budget that goes directly to the platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, etc.) to actually run and distribute your ads. These are always kept transparent and separate.
How long before I start seeing results?
Most campaigns begin generating meaningful data within the first 2–4 weeks. However, we typically recommend a 3-month commitment to allow enough time for testing, optimization, and performance compounding. Video advertising is not an overnight channel — it rewards consistency.
Can I upgrade my package mid-campaign?
Yes. If your business needs evolve or you want to scale faster, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. Downgrades are handled at the next contract renewal.
Do I need to provide any video footage or assets?
Not necessarily. Depending on your package and campaign goals, we can work with existing brand assets, stock footage, or coordinate a shoot. We'll discuss what's available during onboarding and build a production plan accordingly.
Who owns the video ads once they're produced?
You do — fully. Upon final payment, all produced creative assets are yours to keep, reuse, or repurpose however you like, with no restrictions.
What if I don't like the ad creative?
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds (1 round on Launch, 2 on Amplify, unlimited on Dominate). We work collaboratively with you throughout the process and align on a creative brief before production begins to minimize surprises.
What platforms do you run ads on?
Launch campaigns run on either YouTube or Meta. Amplify expands to YouTube, Meta, and TikTok. Dominate adds Connected TV (CTV) and programmatic display networks, giving you coverage across virtually every major video channel.
Can you target a specific local area or geographic region?
Yes. Geographic targeting is available across all tiers — city, region, state, or national. Local businesses can focus spend tightly on their service area, while national brands can run broad or segment by market.
What is retargeting and is it included?
Retargeting means showing ads to people who have already visited your website or engaged with your brand. It's one of the most cost-effective tactics in video advertising and is included starting with the Amplify tier.
How will I know if my campaign is working?
Every package includes regular performance reporting covering key metrics like views, click-through rate, cost-per-view, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Dominate clients also get a live dashboard for real-time visibility.
What if my campaign isn't performing well?
Underperformance is addressed proactively — we monitor campaigns continuously and make adjustments to targeting, creative, and bidding strategy as needed. If something isn't working, we flag it in your next strategy call with a clear action plan.
Can I pause or stop my campaign early?
Packages require a minimum 3-month commitment, which is the minimum window needed to gather meaningful data and produce results. Early termination may be subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement. We encourage a conversation first — in most cases, adjustments can resolve concerns without stopping the campaign.
How quickly can a campaign launch?
Typically within 7–14 business days of onboarding, assuming creative assets are approved and ad accounts are connected. More complex Dominate campaigns may take slightly longer to set up across multiple platforms.
Is there a setup fee?
Platform setup and campaign configuration are included in all packages — there is no separate onboarding or setup fee.
What do I need to get started? A signed agreement, your first month's payment, access to your existing ad accounts (or we'll help you create them), and a brief brand intake questionnaire. From there, we handle the rest.
